Charlie Kirkwood and Ollie Birleson, both in Year 13, have just returned from an amazing trip to Dubai where they competed with their local club, Plymstock Albion Oaks, in the U19 World Rugby Sevens. 

They were fortunate enough to proceed from their group and qualify for the quarter-finals, which was a fantastic achievement. The tournament was run at the same time as the men's World Dubai Sevens which allowed the boys to watch the best sevens' teams in the world perform, such as New Zealand and Fiji. As well as rugby, the boys were also able to visit the main highlights of Dubai including the Burl Khalifa which is the world's tallest building. An incredible adventure!
