Students arrived at Coombe Dean Post-16 Centre from 08:30 to collect their results for A level and equivalent qualifications. They were joined by parents and staff from the school to celebrate, support and advise as students made firm their plans for the next stage of their lives.

"It's great to see so many of our young people come in to collect results and share their successes with us in person." said Head of Post-16, Emma Osborn, "We are very proud of the achievements of our students and the spirit in which they have collected the results of their work towards A level and equivalent courses. The majority of those applying to university have confirmed places on a range of courses and others were celebrating success knowing that they already have an apprenticeship in place. The main thing that these results provide them is choice. We send our students onwards with our pride behind them and our very best wishes as they embark on a broad range of degree routes, apprenticeship, further study and employment."
